We offer free samples so you can make purchases with confidence. We welcome you to try a sample.

Notes on Requesting Samples

Please review the following before using this service.

  • Requests for samples are limited to one per person per product.
  • The contents and quantity of the samples we provide may not always match your request. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We will review each request internally to determine whether we are able to fulfill it. We typically respond within five business days; if you do not hear from us, we were unable to fulfill your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • This service is intended for dental professionals (dentists, dental technicians, dental hygienists, and others) and other professionals involved in dental care.
  • We may be unable to provide samples depending on factors such as region, stock availability, local laws and regulations, and shipping conditions.
  • Tokuyama Dental or a partner distributor will follow up on your sample request (product shipment, information, visits, etc.).
  • The information you provide may be shared with our partner distributors to the extent necessary to process your request. You may be contacted directly by a distributor.
  • Resale, transfer, or use for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
  • Samples are provided solely for the purposes of product assessment. We cannot be held responsible for any outcome resulting from use outside the intended scope.
